April A. Quinn’s practice focuses on regulatory compliance associated with the investigation and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination.  She has experience with CERCLA, RCRA, and state environmental laws and regulations.  She has also conducted extensive research on storm water regulations and permit requirements.

Ms. Quinn received her J.D. from Vermont Law School.  She was a student clinician at Vermont Law School’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic where she worked on matters involving the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and state water quality standards.  She completed her undergraduate work at the California State University, Long Beach and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate & Law.
