: Land Use :

landuseSmithTrager attorneys have substantial experience representing clients in remediating, appraising, positioning, enhancing, selling, leasing, financing and developing contaminated properties.

As a part of our "Brownfields" practice, we draft and negotiate remediation/disposition and development agreements and negotiate with regulatory agencies on cleanup options and alternatives.
