- Representation of a redevelopment agency of a major municipality in connection with acquisition and remediation of a property.
- Representing a city as special counsel in its response to groundwater contamination of its primary drinking water supply.
- Assisted mutual water company in its negotiations to secure reimbursement and ongoing operation and maintenance costs for perchlorate and other contaminant removal from water produced from the Raymond Basin in Pasadena.
- Advising regional watershed authority on federal and state environmental reporting requirements in connection with the Superfund cleanup of the Stringfellow hazardous waste site.
- Representing numerous private and public agency clients in real estate transactions in connection with environmental reporting requirements and hazardous materials cleanup and permitting.
